EPPING, NH – June 10, 2023 – It is with great pleasure that we announce the outstanding achievement of Bob Tasca, who triumphed at the highly anticipated New England Nationals held in Bristol, TN after the race was rained out last weekend in Epping, NH. Tasca and his team, showcased their exceptional skills and determination to claim the championship title in an exhilarating competition.
They defeated Ron Capps Friday night in a side by side thriller. Tasca winning on a hole shot, Saturday morning Tasca defeated Robert Hight. Both drivers lost traction and Tasca was able to drive his way into the semifinals. In the semifinals Tasca beat Chad Green to set the stage for an epic final round against John Force, the winningest driver of all time. Tasca won the race with a 4.03 run at 322MPH vs Force’s 4.08 run at 320MPH.
From the opening rounds to the final race, Tasca and team consistently delivered awe-inspiring performances. His remarkable consistency and fast reactions earned him a well-deserved place in the winner’s circle. Tasca’s victory is a testament to his unwavering dedication, the exceptional teamwork of the Tasca Racing crew, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.
